Quick release plate
The only thing I didn't like was the quality of the quick release plate. I felt it should be made with more quality such as steel rather than the plastic. Overall nice equipment for the price.

Excellent pistol grip for cameras & lenses
This will not work with any other quick-release system. So just make certain you are satisfied with the system you choose. I already had Manfrotto quick-release so did not change to the Vanguard configuration.

Works great
I like the longer “arm” and it fits bigger phones perfectly. The release button is located in a good spot also, so makes it nice not having to search or strain your hands to release your phone.
