Essential
D3 and K2 are very important to take if you live in a low sunlight state or don't go outside very much. I take this daily and it definitely increases my energy, mood and immune system. Definitely recommend taking this, you can never have too much.

I love my new lamp. It’s black and looks elegant and doesn’t take up much room and is energy efficient. I will be purchasing more lamps for family.

Works great and good energy savers
Purchased two Nest Thermostats to use in our home. They have save us already by saving energy when we are not home. They also integrate very well with our security system and with our Alexa devices. We are very happy with the Nest thermostats and would recommend them to anybody needing to integrate them into a smart home.

Updated review about rebate
MidAmerican Energy Company in Iowa reviewed my application for a rebate a second time and decided it does qualify. I would recommend this item and it nice to be recognized for trying to save energy.

Energy Savings
While not as bright as the four 300 watt (yes, three hundred) bulbs I replaced in the basement they throw off enough light to work on things down there without any issues. And the operating savings is HUGE!

Outside Patio Lighting
Night light at the back and brights up when motion detected. I don't need to turn on the lights anymore. It's so convenient, energy saver and for security purpose too. I hope all 4 last for 2 years or so.
