A gap of almost 1 mm between the base plate and the ball part - fixable!
In principle, a very good ball head, easy to operate - everything...
But after half a year of use, he is no longer completely stable.
There is a gap of about 1 mm between the lower ring (for panorama) and the upper part of the ball and I can't find any way to tighten it again.

The support was great and sent me a picture of where to fix the game. Although T8 screws are easy to do with the right screwdriver.
Now everything is bombproof again.
And one more thing - I also tried the Rollei model. I have very strong hands but it was not possible for me to fix the ball even close to a 3kg camera with the silver button.
This makes it the best ball head on the market for me at the moment!!!
