This mini tripod is absolutely perfect and JUST what I was looking for. Holds up my camera with ease!

Easy to carry and sturdy mini tripod.
When folded, it takes up less than 20 cm in height, including the headboard. It occupies as an average objective. A carrying bag is not included, but since it can be easily stored inside the backpack, it is not essential. In fact, I took advantage of a lens case that I had left over and is perfect.
My Sony a73 camera and an 80-125 mm zoom lens hold up well, without moving or tilting. I have only used it with the legs unfolded. I have tried to deploy the legs to the maximum, and I don't love the screw closure system, but since I want the tripod to be used for macro purposes, it's not important either.
It feels good quality, it will last me many years.

Excellent tripod, sturdy, foldable and lightweight, ideal for carrying everywhere. Ideal for macro photography or as a desktop tripod.

The stand is an excellent addition to my MS16 Einbei stand from the same manufacturer. The head of the BH-25L can be unscrewed - and, in addition to my stand, can certainly be used on anyone else with the same thread.
For me, this ensemble means — within this price range — the greatest possible security for my camera, combined with flexibility and mobility at an affordable price.
The attached photo was taken on a windy night with a wired remote control. The stand stood in an exposed position on a car roof. The camera with lens had a weight of about 1.7kg

The small and lightweight stand from KF fulfills its purpose perfectly.
Stands should be as small and light as possible when you don't need them, but as big and sturdy as necessary when you need them. This stand is a good compromise.
But you can't and shouldn't compare it with large stands.
However, this stand is the ideal “always with you” stand.
Advantages:
- The size and weight do not contribute much to the total weight of the equipment.
- Setting it up is quick and easy. It takes less than half a turn to un/lock the legs. The 4 extendable segments have a diameter of 20mm down to 8mm. It remains to be seen whether this lock is as smooth, reliable and stable even after months. Nothing is said about dirt and water resistance.
- The stability when taking macro shots is very good. With long telephoto focal lengths, it nods slightly downwards after positioning the ball head. However, the effect is slight and predictable. Larger stands have the same problem, often even worse.
- In addition, thanks to the groove, the elongated quick-release plate makes it easy to adjust the center of gravity when larger lenses are used.
- Mobile phone holder with hot shoe adapter and Allen wrench included.
Disadvantages:
- The instruction manual is only in English and Chinese, and is very minimalistic. What the Allen wrench is for and how to mount the mobile phone holder is something you have to find out for yourself.
- If the mobile phone holder had only been adjusted by a few mm, it would also have fit into the quick-release bracket.
Note:: The maximum height of 52 cm is certainly not enough for all applications, but I certainly won't carry 2 or more kg with me all the time and then just take a few more photos with it. In addition, the large stands are then poorly suited for shooting close to the ground. With a second interchangeable plate on the mobile phone holder, which also has a hot shoe adapter, I can use the stand flexibly on the camera body and on the unleashed flash.
Conclusion: 5 stars for a very good all-round tripod that you should always have with you.

This mini stand from K&F Concept is basically built as you would expect from large stands. So this is not a toy that is more intended for smartphones and compact cameras. This gives you a stable stand even with a large, slightly heavier camera. Almost all parts are made of metal and make a robust and solid impression. Only the legs look a bit delicate when fully extended. But only visually, the construction barely gives way and yet looks surprisingly solid. As a test, I loaded the fully extended legs with 5 kilos in the almost horizontal position and the stand only yielded approx. 1 to 1.5 cm. Convincing!

Now for some construction details. The legs can be locked at three different angles or folded all the way up for transport. The legs are extendable, four short segments can be extended. The segments are made of metal, only the guides are made of plastic. The clasp is designed in a slightly different way than with large stands, the legs are released by turning them, can then be pulled out and fixed again by turning them back. This clamp can be tightened powerfully and then also holds securely.

The stand shoulder contains a 1/4" thread hole so that you can attach an additional light using a Magic Arm, for example. The center column can be retracted or extended a small distance and no longer twists when properly tightened. In principle, it is possible to remove the center column and insert it from below. However, the stand was not designed for this, as it is relatively fiddly with the pipe from below into the clamping jaws. There was no provision for a diameter extension that would guide the center column.

The ball head is a bit smaller, as I'm used to from large stands, but so far it also makes a solid impression. Although there is no second adjustment for the friction, this can be easily adjusted over a wide range with the one wing screw. By the way, the impeller can also be twisted by pulling without a screw. Even such small details have been thought of here.

In addition, the ball head also offers an ARCA SWISS-compatible clamp with scale and associated connection plate and a vial. If you don't like the head, it can be replaced with any other head with 3/8" thread.

In addition to a simple Allen key, the set also includes a smartphone adapter. This is one of those goodies that probably barely cost anything, but you can name one more feature. This is where plastic meets a super simple construction. Not clumsy at least, but the simplest version that, in addition to the high-quality metal stand, looks kind of like junk. I think sometimes manufacturers don't do themselves any favors by throwing something like that into the box.

My conclusion: This tripod is solid enough to be used together with a large full-fledged camera. As a desk stand, for macro shots, close to the ground, etc. or when you have the option to set up the stand elevated on location. You are rewarded for this with a compact pack size and relatively low weight. The technical design and stability are in no way inferior to large stands. I really like that part!

This tripod is very well designed and made. It folds compactly so it is easy to stow and take along. It works well on uneven surfaces and is heavy enough to be stable in moderate wind. It provides a sturdy base for my action cams, phone and even my DSLR. I pair it with the excellent K&F Magic Arm clamp kit further the versatility of both. I own several K&F concepts products and they've all been excellent high value purchases for me. I can recommend them confidently.
