Zoom--anyone had trouble? we have been unable to get video to work with zoom. we have tried closing other apps etc. anyone have a set up on windows

I don't use Windows so I can't answer the questions directly. However, my own experience on my Mac was that I couldn't get the Nexigo to give me a good focused image on Zoom and my audio was muffled.
