Good deal for a great microphone.
The sound of the VXR10 is very nuanced, bright and articulate, even at relatively high sound pressures. The microphone itself is very solid feeling, made of milled and formed aluminum. Lightweight but very solid. The enclosed mic. mount is also solid and precise, and has a reliable "feel" to it. The enclosed "deadcat" mic. windcover fits well and seems sturdy as well.In the package that I received, I found a short coiled 3.5mn T-R-S to T-R-S (Tip, Ring, Sleeve) cable suitable for video cameras and many other devices, as well as a longer 3.5mmT-R-R-S to T-R-S suitable for connection to most smart phones and tablets.Overall, I am extremely pleased with this economically priced, yet surprisingly capable microphone.
