It had been a long time but I needed some help.
I originally purchased the AREBI wifi camera in June of 2019 but was never able to figure it out completely. So on July 5, 2020, I emailed the AREBI customer service team about my issue and was contacted by Alyssa. Alyssa asked a few questions regarding the unit then determined that a new unit should be sent out at no additional cost.A new unit was at my front door by July 13 and completely functioning with a matter of minutes.I went into the adventure with nothing to lose, just hoping for a little help. What I got was a great experience with Alyssa and the AREBi Team,I'm a customer for life.Tim C.
