Microphone ! acting weird
Had this Microphone about 2 years at the most and have only used it a hand full of times. When I try to use it now it makes my Sony a6400 shut off if I mount it on the camera or just put it close to the camera? I thought my camera had a problem but anytime I mount the mic on the camera it shuts on and off… mostly off. When I take it off the camera I have no problem at all and the camera works perfectly. I also tried another external mic and it works perfect. So no sure why it would do that… I can actually put the mic close to the camera and it shuts the screen down where you can see anything?? Not sure if the camera is off or it’s just the screen on back? This is weird I know and have no idea why.. maybe it has a short in it?

IS Windows 10 compatible
It might be a great camera but it is NOT compatible with Windows 10. I even double checked and this listing says that it is. Logitech's website specifically says it's not! Will be returning.UPDATE: It IS Windows 10 compatible!! However, only through some maneuvering. Drivers must be downloaded from the Logitech website and only sometimes work. However, if it works, it's a great camera. They were also great with helping us plan a return, and I appreciated that.

Excellent Monitor
This system was recommended by a friend who is an Infant Sleep Therapist. We couldn't be happier with the system. The monitor/controller is easy to use and the remote can camera can turn in any direction. We were able to wall mount the camera above the baby's crib. It gives us a great view of the whole crib. We can even zoom in to see him breathing. Would definitely recommend.

Great deal & Value
I received this camera as a gift from my daughters. I like the camera a lot. It has all the attachments. The only thing that I don’t care for is that it videos with a delay. Maybe I haven’t figured out how to remove the delay. But thats the only thing I don’t like about it.It has lots of good features though. The color & picture quality is great

Super cute and affordable
This is such a cute little camera. I’m actually impressed with all the features it has and the price is very affordable! I’m not sure of its durability as I bought it as a birthday gift for my daughter. I can say It is a very light camera. I played around with it a bit to make sure it was working properly. Plus, I just wanted to play Tetris. haha! That’s one of the 3 games it has.

Excellent quality and performance!
We have had great experiences with Infant Optics in the past. We had our third child and decided to get a new monitor and camera to include her nursery. We couldn’t be more pleased with the picture quality and two-way talk. Customer service has always been great when we needed to replace a battery in the past. We highly recommend this baby monitor and camera.

excellent support and good quality product!
We have been using the monitor and the camera units for seven months now. The picture quality and the camera control are very good. They have excellent support Team. Our monitor had a black screen at some point and they replaced it immediately. All through the process, the communication from the support team, specially from Jen S. was excellent. Another great Cannon product
This was a present for my wife, who is just a notch below a professional photographer, and was a replacement for her failing SLR camera she had used for years. Not being a great fan of change, she was a little anxious at first but after a few days she greeted me with a large smile and said how much she like this camera and was so glad that I got it for her. Life is good with a happy wife!

Loved the Product!!!!!
I got the package way ahead of schedule. I just received it on Thursday and not Monday as expected. I was pleased to see everything was in the package I bought at the price of the camera. The shipper was excellent in sending it ahead of schedule. Keep up the good work!
