Nice, compact binocs for casual use.
These were purchased as a secondary, more compact pair of binoculars to take on walks for bird watching. They are strong enough for our purposes with good clarity. We really like the compact size and they do actually get in pretty close. We recently took them on an eagle watching cruise and were able to "zoom in" on the birds in trees onshore from the middle of a lake. The birds weren't super close when viewed, but the binoculars are strong enough to pick out some detail from around 75 to 100 yards distance. The focus is also tight. I will probably purchase another pair.
