Quality, Durability, Precision!!!
I use this mount to support my camera, heavy lens, microphone, and a prompter—all mounted together—and the setup gets quite heavy. I needed a joint that could hold everything securely in place without slipping, and this product fits the bill perfectly!
I’ve tried cheaper alternatives, and while they worked for the first 10 minutes, they gradually started giving in to the weight, which is a huge problem if you’re in the middle of recording. With this mount, that’s no longer an issue. Once you set it up, it stays in place virtually forever. Never needed to readjust.
