Use as table microscope or as portable!
This is a fun piece! The scope part is removable from the base for mobile viewing (using the ap on phone or pad). Put batteries into the base for adjustable illumination and put the scope in place for stationary viewing.
It comes with a set of prepared slides. Nice to introduce young people to magnification. My partner teaches special ed, she took the scope for a day and the kids loved it!
