Responsive customer service
Great camera for the price, while I had it. It was stolen before I had a chance to register it. Its mounted with a sticker and magnets. Put it up for a test run ( not high enough, apparently) and a neighbor snatched it while it wasn't connected to the internet. Customer service was very nice via email and did what they could with the information I had. I was a little concerned about the permissions. The app (required to use it) has some not so enthusiastic reviews concerning that.I've revised my review to reflect that I didnt really get to use the camera, but the customer service rep offered to replace it for me! I appreciate that considering the original was stolen.

Fantastic Product
I love these monitors, and it’s incredible that these come in a 2-pack. The second camera allows you to monitor two different locations in the house, which is perfect if you have multiple children.The range is excellent, and the video quality is fantastic. The sound quality is also outstanding. The split-screen on the monitor is perfect and allows you to see both video feeds on the same screen.The battery life is as advertised and lasts up to 12 hours with the video function. I have this camera upstairs, and there’s no video or audio quality loss despite the distance between floors.I’m glad I got to try these out and recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy monitor.

Took some fine-tuning, but works well now
Initially, the camera was much too sensitive. I'd get an alert when the sun came up or every time the shadows shifted on the wall. Additionally, once it triggered I wouldn't be able to watch the whole video, just a brief snapshot of when it first tripped. However, there are settings in the app to adjust this. I reduced the sensitivity and added "detect human presence." That fixed both previous issues.4 stars instead of 5 because the switch to nightvision is a loud 'click' and happens at the slightest adjustment of light levels. At dusk or if I'm watching tv at night, the camera will be clicking back and forth from nightvision as it gets confused by the dim light

Great for stabilization
Love the product use it for my gopro for work we install artificial putting greens so at the end we always have to take pictures and videos for the company my hand is always shaky and this just makes taking videos a whole lot easier app also makes it easy to use the only complain I have is it gets a little confused when I add the camera on the mount it will be right side up but once I turn it on the gimbal will end up setting the camera upside down and even resetting it will keep it upside down so that’s the only downside that I have experience but besides that it works like a charm

Overall good
I am giving four stars because of the fact that I had to exchange the first one I bought. The monitor was charging and then never turned back on. I’m assuming it was a defective one but because of the price I expected it to not mess up in less than a month. But the new one I haven’t had any issues with. I like the size of the picture and monitor, dual, zoom, mute and all the camera view. You will have issues if you move out of range it will lose connection and beep and the camera will move very slowly and freeze. But overall good if you don’t get a defective one. It was easy to swap out though.

UPDATE; I still like this camera but I had to knock one star off because it’s not in real time when you look at it through the Echo. I specifically bought this so I can see my kids in real time in my echo show since we have a pool. I’m disappointed!…………………………………………………This camera is awesome! It gives me peace of mind when my kid is playing outside. I can listen in and I can also talk to him to come inside. It’s very convenient since I work from home and my job is very demanding. I love it!

Works great in the dark, decent picture. Nice audi
The media could not be loaded.
The picture is not the very best, but it actually works really nicely in the dark. I could see my baby’s eyes when she opened them and the sound works really well, you can hear clearly and when you talk back the audio also sounds clear. Worked all the way to my neighbors house so it does have a nice range also. Charges up and can be used without being plugged in. I like that you can adjust the camera from the parent monitor, like a video game kind of. If baby moves out of range, you can move the camera angle.

Great quality and easy for beginners
I don’t know anything about cameras, but even I could figure out how to use the basic functions of this camera and take some great photos and videos. I really bought it for shooting YouTube videos. The only thing I would warn other YouTubers about is that you cannot shoot clips longer than 30 minutes. If you don’t stop the recording before 30 minutes, you will lose the whole thing. The file won’t save. Period. 39 mins of footage GONE. So this is not for shooting long, uninterrupted videos, but it’s otherwise an exceptional camera and I would highly recommend it for everything else.

Very lightweight and easy to use. Nice video quali
I am a YouTuber and this camera came highly recommended as a starter vlogging camera. I think it's great. I would highly recommend watching some videos on how to set it up manually, because using it on auto everything makes the video/pictures look really washed out. It's pretty easy to learn how to adjust the ISO, aperture, shutter speed and light balance and it makes a HUGE difference when you do. The autofocus works well most of the time, but occasionally it gets a little confused. I usually shoot my video in short clips, so I just check the focus every time I film.
