Easy to use. Wifi is awesome.
Follow up from previous Review I did actually receive a replacement camera much to my surprise, but the WIFI will not work on the new camera and it will not connect to the app on my phone. I tried removing the app and reloading to no avail. Guess I’ll just swap out SD cards when I go to the woods. I’ll be trying something new for next hunting season in the meantime I’ll deal with this as long as it lasts. Hoping this will prevent someone else from making the mistake of buying this piece of junk! I ordered this camera in July in preparation for hunting season. Connected and downloaded the app on my phone. Wasn’t the best camera, but was acceptable. A couple of weeks ago I went out to download pictures and it wouldn’t connect to my phone, I noticed the battery indicator was about half way down so I brought the camera to the house pulled the SD Card and downloaded pictures directly to the computer and installed fresh Duracell Batteries, reinstalled the SD card checked the set up and the battery indicator everything seemed fine. When I went a week later to check for pictures the camera again wouldn’t connect to my phone, I checked the unit had turned itself off. Brought everything back to the house and read the SD Card and there was nothing on it, I typically get 200 to 300 pictures in a week, so apparently the thing shut off right after I left it. This is when the fun began, I contacted the Customer service vis email around 9 that morning I received a reply at about 10 that night saying my batteries must be bad, I replaced the batteries again with another set from a different pack, no change. We went back and forth for a day or so with things to try, I was finally told I must have a bad SD Card, so I bought a new $18 SD Card, and again not change. Every email I get from them is telling me how they are so eager to solve my issue, but it’s always some other problem than their camera. Their Customer Service is Obviously in Asia, the emails I get are always late at night or shortly after midnight, and the sentence structure is plainly that of someone that English is not their first language. I have given up hope that I will ever get a satisfactory solution to my issue, my hope now is that someone will read this review and save themselves some trouble and move on from this camera and buy something else. I also noticed the they have reduced the price by a third since I bought in July, maybe their having trouble unloading them, I wonder why?
