Volume control is easy to figure out. The natural white noise (not a recording on repeat) helps us to sleep well, we enjoy it every night.I like that it makes the sound from air movement and simulates a fan sort of rather than the staticky sound on repeat other sound machines play. It makes it more relaxing.

This headset is perfect for working from home. I wanted a cordless set because I work answering calls and I didn’t want to be confined to my work station in between calls. It reaches my whole house. Overall good product.
