Good company to do business with, very responsive to questions or problems.
I like the picture quality and quality image stabilization. I had some difficulty turning some features on, but customer service is very responsive and lets you know you're not alone. Happy with the camera and the company that sells it.

Great company
We had another brand for years that starts with a D, but it died after 8 years and we needed a new sound machine. After researching a LONG time we decided to go with the snooz because I love the look of it and a friend said it worked great for them. After 4 months of use it just died out of the blue! I was freaking out for a minute and then looked at their website and saw a 1 year warranty! I emailed them and after some communication was able to get a brand new one with an extended 3 year warranty. So thankful for brands that actually stand by their product and warranty!

Fantastic company
Im not one to write a product review, but this company is worth the time to write about. I bought this camera to use for filming my travel adventures which happen often. On the first trip I took about 10 hours of video and the quality that uploaded to my computer was amazing!!! There was a downfall, the audio was hit or miss and I mean miss, at times it sounded like the camera had a 100 mile per hour wind blowing through it. I reached out to AKASO after my trip and they emailed me a return label right away and I had a brand new camera at my house within the week. The customer service they offered was amazing and the camera is so great! 100% buy!!!!!

Zumi is a great company to deal with. They are responsive and offer a strong product. We have several of their cameras, on site, and this one is definitely the best.

My son loves everything about this headset. The sound is amazing. Customer Service for the company is amazing. They replaced the headphones with no problems.

Great Company!
I ordered this item and it was delivered to me on a Tuesday. To say I was unimpressed when the item arrived would be an understatement. The item arrived broken, not in original packaging, and missing all items described other than than the tripod itself -- which, again, was broken.I immediately contacted the company (instead of going through Amazon) and explained that I ordered this item because I needed to record an indoor sporting that due to Covid restrictions, parents would not be allowed to view in person. I would be live-streaming the event this coming Saturday (4 days from the day the broken item arrived).Within 24 hours, the company had emailed me a tracking number for a new item and it arrived today -- the day before I need to film the match. The tripod arrived in original packaging, with all accessories promised in the description, fully intact, and it works great.I am very pleased with this company and would not hesitate to order from them again.
