Case broken
Mine arrived with plastic container broken. It does not close. Also container is much bigger than filter size. It doesn't take much to ship with container that is correct size.

Amazing
This product has helped to lift my acne scars and it’s changed the smoothness of my face. This product is expensive but the fact that I’ve had it for 8 months and still have more than half the container is amazing. It is not a large container but it goes a long way

Much better than the older model
Love this model! The water container piece is much easier to handle and the whole unit better looking. Even my wife commented about how attractive it is. Also, the water filter is visible at the base of the water container and easy to replace.

Keurig Coffee container
Love that I can put my favorite coffee in a Keurig machine and not cost a fortune. And don’t have all that plastic cups to throw away.

Need replacement for water container handle that
The handle of water container came broke with the pieces of the handle in the container.
