After 6 months. Complaint and resolution.
I bought this tripod in November 2021, and after only 4 or 5 uses in 8 months, one of the leg sections (the one that converts into a tripod) has already come loose. It can be reattached, but it keeps coming loose. I contacted technical support, and they told me that this isn't covered because it's due to wear and tear. Excuse me? A tripod at that price with only 4 or 5 uses in 8 months? I definitely wouldn't buy it again. Manfrotto is far superior.
It's still a Chinese tripod, with Chinese quality, at an exorbitant price for the actual quality it offers. Shame on Amazon; I didn't expect that response from them.
After I posted this review, Amazon contacted me through their chat. They provided me with the seller's contact information, and everything has gone smoothly since then. K&F Concept's attention and response have been incredibly fast. The next day they sent me a new tripod to my home free of charge, which will arrive in 3 to 5 business days.
Once again, Amazon has lived up to expectations. I'm very satisfied with the service from both sides.
