Customer support is excellent.
The camera is very well designed and solid. The materials used are high quality and I liked the look of the camera. I found it very easy to set up and the cloud edge app is simple. It saves still images with date and time in the app, which can be saved to a cloud service. When motion is activated, the camera sends an alert to your phone and video clips can also be recorded and saved to an SD card which can be inserted into the device. The video clips are very small and the camera works with a 128 SD, which allows you to store a lot of clips without filling the card. I found the quality of the images excellent. This is also true when the camera is recording at night and the night vision is really clear. Another thing, customer support, I was surprised how well they could resolve problems. They are very responsive and do their best to resolve issues smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised at how good they are. I would recommend this camera because it can record for a long time without problems and if something goes wrong, customer support will sort it out
