Excellent Customer Service
We have had this monitor for two years and have loved it. We have went without any issues until just recently. Our monitor was no longer displaying a clear night vision picture for us and upon talking with a customer service representative they replaced our monitor in full even though we were out of the warranty period. She went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased and happy with our replacement camera. 10/10 Would recommend getting this monitor.

This product is great!
We have kids in 2 different rooms and we are able to see both rooms at the same time quite clearly. It is extremely simple to view more than one child in the same room by using the navigation keys to maneuver camera. The features are really convenient, including turning on night light/music or white noise from the parent unit to either or both kids' rooms and turning off the video and using just the audio for once parents go to bed (so the light is not disturbing).

Great Monitor with a great price!
My existing monitor crapped out just under two years and was looking for a sleeker, similar option and was recommended the infant optics. I'm glad I went with this. The price is great too and actually cheaper than my previous Samsung Model with better quality. Longer battery life as well. I like that you can use the monitor for 2 rooms for a second child, you will just have to purchase an additional camera. The monitor itself is lightweight and compact which is also a plus!

Recommend with some improvement
Long legs were stable, great for settling on slow to medium moving surface. 62” is desirable, covering wide range of highly during my usage. Definitely my go to travel piece. However the adjustable phone/camera holder on the top is so different to spin and to adjust angles properly. It is too tight to hold my iPhone which has an attached battery. It distorted the battery case that I have to switch to a holder I own from a different brand.

Great product!
I researched baby monitors after my 7 year old infant summers monitor stopped working. After looking at a lot of monitors I decided that the infant optics looked like a quality system. The picture is clear and I love that the camera has movement from the monitor side (my precious monitor didn’t have that option). I also like being able to see the temperature in my children’s rooms. Highly recommend this monitor!

and the first five days I had this device it worke
I loveeed this Bluetooth camera shutter. I was so excited to finally get one where I could take pictures without using timer! I have an iPhone6s, and the first five days I had this device it worked great. Unfortunately, it stopped connecting to my device after the fifth day and I could not use it anymore ): I tried downloading the app they suggest if it does not connect, but I couldn't find it on the app store. It was grand while it lasted!

Super Crisp Video with Awesome Range
The media could not be loaded.
Overall a great product. We wanted to upgrade our existing 3in monitor to a bigger one but more importantly needed a camera with long enough range since we spend a lot of time on the deck while our baby's room is on the second floor on the other end of the house. This product hit both marks and then some. Love the quality of the video for both day and night. Plus it was literally plug and play so no setup headaches. Very happy with our purchase!

Great product, especially for the price!
I bought this to start off my entertainment company..... and after almost a month of use...... the item is just as described.I take one point off because when you set it up, the center is kinda weak..... but due the the design it's understandable and far from effects the usefulness of it. To my actual surprise, the rest of this is very well put together and support my mid range camera's with no problems. Making the video's so much easier to make....Hope this helps!
