Good picture, external antenna sucks
We have only had this monitor for 6 months and now it has horrible interference. There is an external antenna that you have to be very careful not to bend so when traveling it make it’s tricky to pack without bending they antenna, which is likely why we have issues with this now

Great customer service
So the monitor itself functions as we need it to and I like being able to adjust the camera. I don't think it has the greatest range, and the display isn't super great as it goes into black-and-white mode unless the light is REALLY bright. BUT! I give five stars because of their customer service. I reached out to them with an antenna issue outside of warranty and they replaced it. Bravo. Love a company that can stick by their product. Please continue to innovate and make this camera better!

Fantastic, secure video monitor
We have been using the DXR for 2+ years, and could not be happier with the quality of both the product and the customer service from the manufacturer. We love the fact there is no WiFi component (we are not tempted to check on the baby when we are “off duty”). The panning and zoom features work very well, as does night vision. We travel easily with the monitor, and pairing the camera and monitor is a breeze. When the antenna broke, even though our camera was out of warranty, the manufacturer sent us a replacement at no charge. Highly highly recommend.

The best!
I’ve been using this monitor for 18 months now and I’m so happy with it. It’s perfect. The customer service is excellent they were very responsive and helpful! I had a small issue with the antenna I’m not sure how we broke it if it was dropped or just from using it everyday normal wear and tear but they sent out a replacement within 2 days with no fees or hassle. They responded to my email within minutes and resolved this issue that day. I can’t say that for a lot of products. I definitely recommend this!

Great speaker
The media could not be loaded.
I just got this on Monday but so far it's a great portable speaker for the space I wanted to put it. Sounds good and it was easy to connect the BT. The remote is easy to use and you can actually input the station # without scanning and it comes with an antenna. You charge it like you do your cell, so I just keep it on the charger when using it. It also has a stand on top that holds you phone. Oh.....the price was RIGHT!! I would recommend this item.

Never failed to boost a signal
This device has never failed to boost a signal if one is available. We use this device in our RV. The only time we could not boost a signal was due to human error. I broke the pins that connect the antennas to the booster. If I have a single complaint it is that the connectors for the antennas can break if you aren't careful. When that did happen, the company sent us a new antenna and new receiver at no charge. Now I'm careful when there is a need to unplug the antennas. I would highly recommend this product.

Works great for me!
Before the WEBoost I had 1 to 2 bars spotty, I could not walk around or might lose the connection. After install I had 5 bars and can move around a large area without interrupting the conversation. The connection is reliable enough now I'm going to discontinue my landline. The only install problem I had was OpenSignal App didn't work, so I pointed the antenna in the direction I thought the tower was and had 5 bars when I powered up the WeBoost.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I purchased this when I was pregnant with baby #2 realizing having 2 cameras attached to one parent unit would be more convenient. (I absolutely love it!!) After 2 yesrs, the antenna broke off the parent unit(no fault of theirs, many military moves) it still worked fine so I wasn't worried about it. Once it was starting to have charging issues. I contacted customer service to see if purchasing just a parent unit was a thing and was told they are sending me a replacement parent unit free of charge!! Thank you so much Baby Sense! 10/10 highly recommend!!!

Read this if installing into a car or SUV
This model is made to have the distance provided by a truck or RV between the exterior and interior antennas. In accordance with the manual, if you see it blink red at all during startup, it’s stepped down to a lower power mode and is basically useless.If you’re installing into a car, SUV, or pickup truck, you may not have no way to achieve the distance required. You can read more in the manual on Wilson’s site.After I buried the interior antenna in my footwell, I didn’t get the blinking red/green startup lights, and it worked marvelously.
