Can I connect it to my laptop?

Yes! You can connect our recorder to your phone (Android phone or iPhone) or laptop (Windows or Mac OS) via the OTG connector and the Type-C cable.

My voice activated recorder picks up lots of background noise.

Please ensure that the noise control is activated. Click the big green recoding icon, navigate and find “noise control switch”, and turn it on.

Can I connect it to my phone via Bluetooth and transfer the recording files?
A
Sorry, the Bluetooth function is only for call recording and connection with wireless earphones/speakers, and does not support file transfer via Bluetooth. For file transfer, please use the included OTG connector and cable to connect your phone/tablet and the device.

Can I connect it to my iPhone 15? I want to playback on my phone.
A
Yes! The package includes 2 OTG connectors (one for Android phones and one for iPhones), you can connect the recorder to your iPhone 15 with the included Type-C connector and the cable.

The voice activated recording mode doesn’t work.

Hi, please ensure that ① the voice-activated mode is on; ② the recording device is in recording (press the one-click recording button to activate).
