I don't know for sure, but I'd tend to say no. Hold the filters by clipping them behind the gimbal. The gimbal of the Mini 3 Pro looks different to me in terms of form factor.

Filters are nice (can be attached cleanly) As Thomas Krebs already mentioned - the same applies to me. No problems with camera and gimbal.
