When the magnetic part of the filter is attached to the lens, can the lens hood continue to be used normally?

That works with my lenses, only the magnetic cover doesn't fit through with a lens hood, ie if you want to put on or remove the lens hood with the cover mounted, it gets stuck on the cover. With cylindrical lens hoods, it is fiddly to remove or attach the cap with the lens hood installed because the cap has no handle.
