I'm using an old android as a security camera and this mount works perfectly for that purpose.

Using the product for jobsite security, installation took only 10 minutes. The camera provides a really clear picture in low light situations.

Using the camera for more than a month now. Overall I'm quite happy with the performance. Video quality i must say was great. Motion detection was fast as well. Definitely a good buy and probably better than with other security camera's out there.

 The camera is great. Quite easy to set up and I really like how the settings are accessible when mounted, and doesn't require remounting. Obviously, the cost is an enormous factor as this camera provides a bunch of features for a very reasonable cost. It is very compact and comes with a 32GB microSD.Setup is fairly straightforward, but I would suggest to definitely read the manual. My first lesson on this was applying my settings when in Test mode, then mounting it, and then switching to ON ... only to watch it power off. (This is discussed in the manual and by design as it waits for the next movement to trigger it ON).My only suggestion is to make the battery compartment cover a little easier to remove. The battery compartment cover requires you to pull down a tab, and then remove from the backing, but there isn't much material to grasp to "pull" away from the backing. I solved it quickly with a little paperclip bent into a hook.It does take 8 AA batteries and I am still just testing the unit so don't know how log they will last. I will report back when I know more. But, the package includes everything you need (minus the batteries) and the design is very compact and easily disguisable (see pics) and the quality of the images is great for what I want. The night vision worked very well and captured a deer on the first night nibbling leaves from our river birch (the deer never knew anything was watching it).Definitely worth the price and hope to enjoy it for a long time.
