Easy use, decent quality, scratched screens
Screens have scratches on them, but the overall product is decent quality. A bit of a hiss to the audio, but extremely easy to set up and use.

Easy to use
In general, I do not like Bluetooth speakers, ear buds and headsets. The sound quality is always less than wired. This headset does both the better quality wired and Bluetooth wired is not convenient.

Easy to use
I bought this as a gift, and the recipient loves it. They use it every day at work, it charges fast and holds the charge for the whole work day.

Product works very well and easy to set up and use. One issue is on/off switch. Hard to access and sticks.
