Super stable and versatile
The clamp is exceptionally sturdy and bites even in the smallest places. When tightened (please firmly), the middle screw blocks all 3 joint points at the same time and is very reliable. You can then easily use doors or cupboard walls as a stopping point for additional equipment. Flash devices, continuous light or reflectors can thus be fixed in places that are often impossible to achieve with normal stands. In small home studios or “on location”, this is an ideal third hand and probably often the lifesaver to create the desired lighting. I was unable to test the promised 2 kg load capacity, but even with telephoto, the camera remained securely in place. Top purchase recommendation, especially at this price.
