Great Customer Service and Product works
Update: The seller was kind enough to reach and make everything workout. I value businesses who care about thier customers because today that is very hard to find.Also, the product will work for what you need it to do. Just have a little patience and it will be worth the time. Ive had 3 different eyelighters from different companies and they take a little work to put together. Give the product a chance and if it doesnt work for you the customer service is great.The day of my shoot, I pull the item out to connect it and the pole doesnt fit through the hole and cant be force in. However, sometimes things happen in production that is out of our control.
