The product is simple to use and they have customer service just a phone call away to help setup. Not only is the customer service a phone call away but product replacement is simple and reliable if anything happens.

Great product with strong customer support
Definitely a much stronger product than my previous mount(which snapped off my bike). I would definitely recommend this mount for its durability. In addition the customer service is top notch(I purchased 2 mounts and inadvertently broke one of them-customer service sent me another same day!)

Great Customer Service
Love this mount. Had a problem with a part that was missing and the customer service people from this company were exemplary helping me with the situation. Very responsive and helpful. Can't recall a better customer service situation that worked to help resolve my situation. Thank you so much! Would highly recommend this product!

Overall solid product. Customer Service was outst
My initial thought was that I wasted my money as the item arrived malfunctioning; however, the customer service was quick to make things right and sent me replacement that worked as expected.The Bad - - The instructions/manual leave a bit to be desired. - Alexa integration is a bit cumbersome to figure out.In the end it was a solid product after contacting customer service. It means something when a company stands behind their product. That is what happened here. The customer service representative did exactly what they said they were going to do and remained attentative throughout the replacement process.

Great customer service
I have used this product for almost a year and it is amazing. I live in a very hot state and over time the suction worn out. I reached out to customer service for their warranty and they were so helpful. Rolin listened to my concerns and was able to get me a replacement fast. Best customer service ever!

Very impressed
I live in a high rise apartment we are not allowed to change our deadlock... this is perfect as the product uses your existing deadbolt with no new keys or rekeyinginstalled easy... set up was a little effort but August customer service was very helpful I getting everything done added bonus customer service support is open 23/7

Cheaply made
Not even 5 months old and it broke. The part where the cable goes in got pushed in and no longer works. It’s not something that was removed often just cheaply made. Very disappointedUpdated:I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement free of charge within a week. Great customer service so I changed back to 4 stars

Amazing Customer service
Everything is working fantastic. I have to say I am really impressed with the customer service. I have not experienced such a high level of customer care as they have displayed. Truly delightful to work with.
