Great Customer Service is great
I received a letter from the company expressing their disappointment with my review and that they would do what was necessary to correct the issue. I appreciate that customer service in 2020, you won't find many companies that will go the extra step for the customer, and iFox Creations did. I was offered to select another item at no extra cost and also told that the item would be expedited to my home and it was. Once again I appreciate your companies customer service and continue to have that for it will take you all far.

Loving it!
I really appreciate the quality and range of this speaker. It’s so nice to listen to music and books when I’m in the shower!

Great sound quality even in the shower!
I hung it on the shower curtain rod and listen to my books while taking a shower. The sound quality is great even while the water is running. Exactly what I was looking for. It’s easy to use, simple and easy to connect to my devices thru blue tooth. No wires to tie you to a spot. You can use it in the yard, in the car as well as anywhere in the house. I don’t think I would use it while jogging because it would bounce around, but it would probably work while bicycling. You can even connect it to your phone and use it for phone calls! I absolutely love ie!

Gets the job done
I just wanted to hear music in my shower that wasn't playing from my phone. This did the job!

Great Bluetooth speaker
Awesome Bluetooth speaker and the customer service was impeccable!** Update December 22, 2020After using this speaker for several months it’s still awesome! I use it to listen to podcasts while in the shower and this thing holds charge like no other bluetooth device! I think I’ve charged it 3 times total! Of course I’m only using it for 15 or so mins at a time, but it’s been my experience Bluetooth devices lose their charge while sitting. Not this one! I would definitely purchase this again!!
