It is great if you’re looking for something like this this is the one to choose
I have been teaching an Unmanned Aerial Systems class at my local high school for eight years. In that time, I have built, tested, and flown many multi-rotor vehicles. They have ranged in price from $20.00-$2500.00. I purchased the Ruko F11Gim for my class as a baseline test for speed, climb, and aerial video. For the price point, I am very impressed with the quality of this drone. I have had no problems taking off, flying, filming, or landing the drone.Activating the drone for the first time was a little confusing. I would highly recommend reading the directions prior to first use. I imagine many users that crashed on their first flight did not read the directions prior to flight. It is imperative to calibrate all sensors prior to flying, or you risk a malfunction (the pilot’s error, not the device). Once you learn how to properly setup and configure the drone, the rest is simple. Another feature that is appreciated is the auto takeoff and land feature. As we say in my class, “Landing is just a controlled crash.” And with the Ruko F11Gim, the task becomes that much easier. This drone is very easy to fly, as it is programmed to maintain altitude during flight. Many older drones require constant thrust input from the user to maintain a desired altitude. The Ruko F11Gim only requires the user to increase or decrease the thrust to achieve the desired altitude. This allows the pilot to focus on capturing the moment, or in the case with my class, record the data that was collected. The transmitter (Remote Control) is pretty well designed. It fits most smart phones and has a nicely designed holder to maintain your phone’s position. With the use of the app, the pilot can manipulate the flight characteristics and patterns on the transmitter itself or the phone. My only critique is that the LCD indicators on the transmitter are nearly impossible to see on a sunny day. I wish they were able to illuminate a little more so that I did not have to shade the screen to observe the mode, camera, battery life, or Wi-Fi signal.Final assessment; the Ruko F11Gim is a great addition to my classroom and Unmanned Aerial Systems course. It is relatively easy to learn, easy to fly, easy to capture images or videos, and easy to impress onlookers. At the $300.00-$399.00 price range, I believe it is the perfect beginner/novice drone for anyone.
