I've tried both, and it's pretty fast either way.

Micro and Type-C are input ports, they charge the battery. USB-A is the output port, which discharges the battery.

If desired, you can create separate1battery charge or once for 2Battery charge.

I can't give you an exact time to charge the battery - too many variables, how discharged the battery is, how old the battery is, etc. But I can tell you that what you plug in makes a huge difference. I use a small adapter that plugs into a 110V outlet instead of using a computer's USB port, and in particular a 5V 2A fast charger for my phone works best.

any USBAny charger will do. As long as it accepts European voltages, your phone charger will work. Super handy if you want to charge while driving.
