why do i keep getting ¨please format tf card" when itś already formatted?

make sure the card is not larger than 64 gb , also use the camera menu to format the card no your pc

Is the recording continuous or it is broken by segments like every five minutes or so?

It continues to record as long as the battery is charged and memory is available

I believe so, however, I have not set mine up yet, so I can't say for sure.

No matter what i do when i try to delete photo or mov file i get no delete or save on my screen is this cam deffective? only way to delete format

If you are intent on keeping the camera, just delete the files from the SD card via your PC.

Any hand held or mountable 3 axis gimble should work fine. Don't by a real cheap one though. Rod
