Holding everything like a champ
The design is clean and easy to adjust, the twist for ball orientation is enlarged, making it easier to loosen and tighten.
Work well with their own tripod and I like it better than the fluid head because I can switch easily between landscape and portrait
It also holds everything well (w camera+lens+flash), and provides full 360 adjustment
A plus on the quick release plate, it comes with a slip proof design, which I prefer over f38 plate because even if I don’t fully tighten by mistake, it prevent my gears from falling!

I have both 32mm and 36mm! 32mm came with tripod and I saw someone say the tripod droops (in his words) and yes it does but the ball head mount is solid as a rock once tightened properly! I had the 32mm attachment to a C-Stand holding a Sony ZV-E10 with a sigma 16mm lens with no issues whatsoever! It was used as my overhead shot and I never took it down it was so solid!
Now I have the 36mm mounted to the C-Stand and put the 32mm back with the tripod! So I’m expecting the 36mm to put perform the 32mm respectively! Not sure if the claims of the weight exceptions are true or not and truth is I don’t plan on having anything that heavy on it! But if you ever paired and held a Sony ZV-E10 with a Sigma 16mm lens you know (not the heaviest set up) it can be pretty heavy fully extended out on a boom arm!

A gap of almost 1 mm between the base plate and the ball part - fixable!
In principle, a very good ball head, easy to operate - everything...
But after half a year of use, he is no longer completely stable.
There is a gap of about 1 mm between the lower ring (for panorama) and the upper part of the ball and I can't find any way to tighten it again.

The support was great and sent me a picture of where to fix the game. Although T8 screws are easy to do with the right screwdriver.
Now everything is bombproof again.
And one more thing - I also tried the Rollei model. I have very strong hands but it was not possible for me to fix the ball even close to a 3kg camera with the silver button.
This makes it the best ball head on the market for me at the moment!!!
