Must have video mic
Purchased this mic to replace a cheaper shotgun mic (TAKSTAR SGC-598) for my GH5 and G85.Tested it against a Rode Video Mic Pro and found the Deity to be better. The design is perfect. Features of low-cut filters and dial gain allow for great sound quality. LOVE the fact that the TRRS cable auto senses the device and remaps the pin to work...no more cable converters. I am very pleased with the quality of this product at a very competitive price.Yes, I would highly recommend this mic to other vloggers, videographers, or even just audio enthusiasts.
