PIR stopped working
After about a month my camera quit recording unless I put it on full time record. When that's done the battery will only last a couple hours. I contacted the company through the app and they remotely accessed it and said it seemed the PIR was no longer working. They are sending me a new camera.

STOPPED WORKING IN 2 MONTHS
Stopped working after maybe 20 uses. Bought in feb stopped by April. Past return. DON'T BUY!!! Update! Software issue they are aware of, replaced and new has been flawless so far. My 9 yr old son loves this so it was great they honored the warranty and stand behind product plus customer service was impressively good.

Audio Stopped working
The left side stopped working weeks ago -8 weeks after I bought it and the right side stopped working today 11 weeks after purchase.

Stopped working; Updated
Lamp worked well for only six weeks. Will not charge. I am past the return window. I will contact the seller and see if they will accept a return and refundUpdate: I contacted the seller, who responded immediately. I received a replacement in a few days. This second lamp also had battery problems. Seller sent another lamp, which seems to be fine so far. Five Stars to the seller, who gives great customer service.

It was fantastic for the 1 month it worked. I wish they would give me a replacement.

Stopped working correctly
I have about 6 of these and they were amazing I kept recommending to family and friends! Only for them to now not work for night vision!! You can barely see anything! Truly upset! They work during they day but night is just all dark

Stopped working in 2 month
Stopped working in 2 monthReturn window close and I lost my money.Giving 5 start only because the support people called me and guide me through my installation and gave me a new lock.

Just stopped working...
I have charged them. Set them in the sun and to no avail. Worked for several months. I was robbed!
