Pretty awesome pretty expensive doesn't swivel
Almost a perfect cam but overpriced. High resolution, good color AND having a plug in connector is a game changer for a web cam. Corded webcams ALWAYS fail within a year. Its about time someone offers this feature. The Lenovo 500 full HD also has the usb connection, costs $200 less, AND it swivels! But its only 1080p. I bought them both and I'm keeping both but also have two Microsoft studio cams which have glass lenses and would be the best cameras except they are corded (so I'm working on my 5th and 6th) and don't have decent software.

Fantastic camera, easy to setup
I bought this camera for our office to take photos of patients. The main selling point for me, was it needed a tripod mount, and there are very few webcams that offer this. I'm already a Logitech fan boy so I was happy to find that this one had it. I hooked it up to my Windows 7 machine and in less than 3 min it was up and running...windows found / downloaded all appropriate drivers. I actually purchased a 3' USB extension cable because I didn't think this chord would be long enough, but in the box there WAS a 3' extension cable from the factory. Nice plus, and would have been nice to know.Overall very happy with this camera!

One of the best webcams you can use that isn't too
Pros:-sharp image quality-after the new firmware update, the autofocus doesn't hunt as much anymore-the 4K resolution is decent-1080p captured via a 4K capable lens results in great image qualityCons:-aside from recording in 4K, that resolution isn't worth using such as Zoom, Skype, Slack, etc.-your video's quality is dependent on the strength of your video encoder from your PC or laptop-the 1080p 60fps option doesn't seem like true 60fps-the privacy cover that it comes with seems a bit cheap for a $200 webcam-you get a flimsy pouch with it-You need to use LogiCapture to access the camera's full settings (not the one that is listed on Logitech's website for the Brio)Overall: This is probably one of the best webcams you can get for the quality and performance that you get from it. It's not even close to what you can get with a DSLR and a camlink of some sort but it's fairly decent.

Works on my Mac
I've been through about a half-dozen webcams for my Mac Pro. This is the first one I've had that really works the way I expect it to. Great video and audio quality. It was also very easy to setup as I didn't even install the included software and it worked. I use it every day for work and it always functions without a hitch.The mechanism that allows it to sit on top of my monitor isn't amazing or anything, but it stays put and can be easily adjusted. It seems like it would work better for a thinner monitor or a laptop, but works fine on my thicker one.

Sie tut was sie soll
Ich habe eine preiswerte Webcam gesucht, diese hier tut was sie soll und ließ sich problemlos durch einfachen Einstecken des Steckers in mein Macbook installieren. Sie funktioniert einwandfrei. Ob andere Webcams ein besseres Bild haben, weiß ich nicht - glaube es aber. So richtig toll sieht man aber vermutlich bei Skype-/Zoom-/Teams- usw. Sitzungen nie aus.... :-)

So far, it's great
It's almost like being there! My son introduced me to video conferencing. Both of my children have laptops with webcams so I can see them and my grandchildren - we all live in different states. I wanted them to be able to see me. I researched quite a bit before I made my selection of the Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000. I chose it based on other reviews and the price. The software installed with no problems - I have Windows Vista. So far, it's worked great. Everytime I use it I learn something new that I can do with it. Definitely, would recommend this webcam.

So good, I bought two!
Everyone on the other end of my videos calls wanted to know why my video was so clear. I told them about the Logitech webcams and they were impressed. Especially since this webcam is so inexpensive! I bought a high-end camera and it was a waste of money. The picture quality did not match what I get with my Logitech camera. So, I bought a second one since I have two computers: one for work, and one for personal. Having two set up allows me to be camera ready, instead of unplugging from one computer and plugging in to the other.

Gave me my "Grandchildren fix"
I purchased the Logitech Pro 900 webcam on the advice of my son. His family had moved away and I needed to satisfy my "grandchildren fix" in some way. (All grandmothers know what I mean by that!!!) Not having any experience at all with webcams, I just kept asking him what about this brand or that. I looked up the reviews about Logitech on Amazon and decided to go with it. Believe me, I was not disappointed!!! I would call myself an intermediate computer person and I had no problems whatsoever with the set up. The grandkids were SO excited to see grandpa & grandma and I get to have my "grandchildren fix" at any time!!!!
