To not have to focus each time is such a wonderful feature when you're only bird watching and such.
I liked the compact size and weight and especially the "non have to focus" part. I get a good up close, clear picture of birds and the moon at night, fun things happening down the road, etc. The PRICE is very good for the quality of these little gems. I have them just for "fun." if you are a serious wild animal spotter, birds in flight, etc. perhaps put a little more $ into your purchase. But I like these and they work fine for what I do with them.
