Great price for a sturdy ball head
Ball head turns smoothly and locks in place. Holds the camera steady. Had three differnt heads on tripods. Ordered two of these to allow quick change from one system to the next.

Holy crap! Buy it!
Read the reviews and it seemed like the one. This is seriously with the money! This is a tank! It is built so well and I can tell this will last for-e-ver. Very smooth operating ball socket and that tightens snuggly and easily. Rubber grips on feet work well and the mounting head releases brilliantly!

Great Upgrade!
I was using a Manfrotto 486RC2 head before and although adequate, it is nothing at all like the 322RC2. The speed, control and stability far outshines that of the 486RC2 and for the price difference, there is no contest. Get the 322RC2! The head is simply easier to us and therefore lest frustrating. Also, you never have the "camera-drop" effect when you loosen the regular ball head to quickly while forgetting to hold up your camera. That is the fault of the photographer I know but it will happen anyway when you are distracted by what you are looking at through the lens. With this one-handed stable device, that doesn't happen. One caveat: the 322RC2 is obviously bulkier than a regular ball head but I just completed two weeks in New Zealand using it and it just wasn't and issue. Whatever the bulk was, it was worth it. In fact, every time I used is I would think "man, this is the best!" It was worth every penny.

Nice and sturdy for the weight
lightweight to a point buy yet sturdy, I like the features and the weight I wish it had clip legs instead of the screw legs but I knew that when I purchased it.. the ball head is nice again for the price of the item.. we will see how it holds up over time..

Find new ways to use the system every day...
Love these things, though I have found if you can get some large nail head trim tacks you can use them instead of the ball bearing. Though I still use them in certain spots where I need more movement.

Vanguard arca plate compatible ball head. Thanks.
Really glad Vanguard got with the program and produced a series of high quality arca-swiss compatible ball heads. I have a couple of other photography supports and now I can use the same plates regardless of which body or lens I'll be using. Only thing to watch for is some arca plates have a screw stop on the bottom and the bubble level on the top of the Vanguard head can get in the way, or vice versa.

Wiz mount
Pretty good mounts well too air vents. Magnet is strong so phone will not fall. Only flaw is swivel ball to reposition head works but I'm afraid I might break or strip threads if tightened to much. Has enough torque to keep on position.
