I bought this 2 pack of Lutron switches to control my smart lights. I had an electrician install them. They worked fine until one of them failed less than four months after my purchase.I did call Lutron product support and they've agreed to send me a replacement, which is fair. Assuming it arrives within 3-4 days as they said, I have upgraded my overall rating.The replacement switch arrived as promised and Lutron has been very helpful.

After researching, I decided to go with the cheaper version on here, and I admit, I am impressed. It looks very nice and give a better feel for the screen. Easy to install and works for a long time already!

While this product didn't work with my car,this is sturdy and holds the phone well. The customer service is great and very accommodating.

Purchased this to clean up behind the entertainment center, it took the place of 2 smaller power strips as well as 2 USB adapters to run the roku and firestick.

I bought two of these 5 tb My Passport external drives to replace older external drives that were long in the tooth and I was afraid would start to fail. I use these back to up all of my photo reference from over my lifetime, so it's very important that they work. After 4 months, one of the new ones stopped working, boom. I got in contact with Western Digital and after I did all the return paperwork, sent it back to them and got a new one shipped to me within 2 weeks of them receiving the defective drive. Do I wish the first hadn't failed? Of course. But once it did, the next best thing is to know that the company will step up and do the right thing. So, if you decide to buy one of these 5tb external drives rest easy knowing you're protected against loss during the warranty period. But, make sure you take a few moments to go to their website and register your drive. You'll be glad you did!

The packaging was very small and minimal. It came with the headphones, proprietary charging cable, ear plugs, and a little booklet. The plastic on the headphones felt very luxurious and soft, almost velvet-like. The headphones are not heavy like the cheaper brands and are curved around the back of the lower head/neck. If you are like me, wearing this to the gym doing bench press would be perfect since the curved band doesn't touch the bench. It wraps around your neck neatly.Synching the headphones was extremely quick and easy. I turned on the bluetooth on my phone and the device came up almost instantly. There are only 3 buttons: power button, two volume buttons. The plus and minus buttons also perform other functions such as previous/next song. Turning on/off the headphones only requires pressing the power button and holding it for 3 seconds.The sound is decent and meant for hearing your surroundings, not cancel it out. I like wearing these headphones while waiting in line out in public. I can still hear people talking to me, but they cannot hear what I'm listening to. They are great for watching Netflix and Youtube. The only thing I find a bit uncomfortable is when I turn my head left or right, headphones move out of place a bit. It takes some time to get used to it.Cleaning the headphones is easy since none of the earwax gets on it. After each use at the gym, I use a tiny spray of rubbing alcohol.Overall I really like these headphones. Good quality, great design, comfortable, and ease of use.
