Nice sounds, bad firmware, weak battery
Device acts like drains battery when used as headphones for laptop. And when running out of power will say device disconnected, ready to pair. Then dead. Does not tell me when running out of power. Love the usb-c charging Port!

Potential fix for battery door open message
Had a prob with one saying "battery door open" after I changed the battery. Could not get it to work after doing all troubleshooting and help of rep. They replaced the camera, but then had the same prob with another camera! Figured out it was the battery causing the battery door message. The battery appeared to be fully charged with green light, but after trying another battery that was partially charged to see what happens, the camera and supposed broken camera worked fine.

Battery operation makes this camera stand out
The battery operation of this camera makes this one the choice against other wired ones. One charge of the battery can last several months! Besides, all the features work as expected. This is the second one I bought.

Very good picture quality, minor issues though
Bought this product to record live action at our high school softball games. Mounted the camera to the fence behind home plate. Picture quality is very good. Problems arise with poor battery life, even when recording at lowest (2K 60 fps) instead of 4K quality. The camera shuts off not when battery is dead, but just when it gets low. To change out the battery, the camera has to be taken off the mount to open the battery compartment. Overall, a good camera for the money.

Good camera for the price!
Pros: The video quality was very clear and it was easy to figure out how to use it.Cons: Camera has crashed on me twice had to take out the battery and put it back in. Also, the battery life isn't very long.
