Works good, looks good, all quality.
This gold streak filter is perfectly packaged.
The filter itself feels very premium, and spins onto my lens effortlessly.
The gold streak provided by the filter on light sources will be very useful when trying to achieve a certain effect on some of my photos.

Cool effect!
I was unaware that there was a lens capable of producing this type of effect. It fits perfectly on my Sony 82mm lens, and I can still use the lens cover without having to remove the effect lens.
The effect can be adjusted because the glass is loose enough to move (but will remain in place).
This lens is ideal for taking pictures of cars (with effects on lights). However, it is not very useful for outdoor photography during the day. It is intended for lighting effects rather than sunlight or outdoor use.

Good gold line effect filter
It is needed to give a cinematic anamorphic effect to the lenses you use.
In this particular case, it gives thin golden streaks to the lights directed into the lens, such as street lamps, various lamps, reflections etc.
It is particularly suitable for night photography at low ISO and tripod.

A really cool anamorphic lens light effect with a golden hue.
This product from K&F CONCEPT IS A 52 MM GOLD streak anamorphic lens flare look alike. This acts as a substitute for actual anamorphic light distortion. But does not recreate the wide angled low fisheye lens distortion of an actual lens of this type.
The whole concept is simple enough to understand. Two peaces of pristine glass with light refraction coatings. With gold filaments sandwiched between them. This is how the look of the flares is achieved.
When the camera focuses on distant objects the filament is blurred and all highlights passing in front of them will be refracted. Traditionally there were only two types of these on the market. A warm golden coloured one and a blue filament one. Now in the new market there are many different types of colours to choose from.
The caveats:
The lens flares can get overwhelming when filming at night time. Especially with cars and light posts it might be a bit distracting depending on the kind of shot you are looking for. In some cases the light streaks will look small and broken as shown on the picture above. This is do in part to how far away you are from you're subject and the depth of field used.
Final thoughts: 5 out of 5
This is a fantastic alternative to adding lens flares in post production, saving you time and money. Although, not as convincing as the real thing. It gets the job done and can really make you're productions stand out from the pack. Especially if you are going for a futuristic or sci-fi look. This will enhance the visual tone of certain shots. Bringing a bolder look to you're cinematography. 5 out of 5 for me. This is going to stay in my gig bag for sure.

Great gold and amorphic look on white angle lenses
I have the blue lens and it worked excellent now with the gold lens. I have a complete set of flare filters. If you want that anamorphic look use a wide angle lens such as a 12 mm or a 16 mm lens put on this filter and align the lines horizontal for that great and amorphic look.
It catches the flares very nicely from the top of the screen all the way to the bottom so anything with a bright light will flare out
You can adjust it to vertical or diagonal to your taste. All you have to do is spin it.

Super cool effect
Personally, I love the blue streak filter more but this one is fun because it’s definitely not something you see as much. The yellow streaks are fun for my narrative pieces and looks a lot like anamorphic flares. K&F always put out high quality products so you can expect nothing less for this

Great Value for a Unique Gold Streak Effect
This lens filter provides a nice gold streak effect and is multicoated, adding a unique touch to shots. There’s a slight reduction in image quality, but it’s easily corrected in post-processing. For a fraction of the price of name-brand FX filters, this is a solid choice for experimenting with anamorphic lighting effects without breaking the bank. Highly recommended for creative use!

Great effect when you need it
This filter is used for creating golden, streaking lens flares from light sources. It’s a very pronounced effect and very showy – and probably very easy to over-use. That said, the filter does exactly what it’s meant to do and it does it well, so if this is what you’re looking for it’s a great choice.
The build quality, as expected from K&F, is very good. It is aluminum, so it’s probably a good idea to have a filter wrench at the ready in case you need a little help removing it, but I didn’t have any problems. Rotation to set the direction of the streaks is smooth and easy.
It’s not an effect that I want to use too often, but it’s a fun thing to have in your bag for the right moments. Definitely worth a purchase!

The outer diameters of different calibers will be different. You can stack filters. Just buy filters of the same caliber and stack them (for example: a 58 micro-light filter, and then stack a 58 CPL filter).
