Great gadget
Honestly, this is the best gadget I bought so far. Very good product. The tripod is made of very good, strong and solid material. It is firm on the floor and doesn't shake at all. Easy to mount a camera on it. Comes with a bag that makes it easy to carry around. I use it regularly with my DSLR. I highly recommend it.

Worth for the price
First I thought this product probably overprice compare with other company. But after using for half year, I thin it's worth fro the money I invest. My friend has a similar product but from other company. He recognize that the quality of his products is much lower than the peakdesign one. If your backpack sholder straps are too wide (this often happens), just Just fix it with a little force. I suggest bring your backpack to the store and considered it's suit for you or not. Most important thing is after you put it on your sholder staps there comfortable or not.

Worth the money!
Super good camera, took a little bit to figure out how it works but once you figure is out it is a breeze! Love it!

Worth the money.
Good picture quality and amazing battery life. Dislikes sometimes the motion detector screws up.

Worth the money.
Very well made camera. Needed a camera due to people breaking in cars on my block. First night that I put it up we caught the guy clear as day. Worth the money.

nice camera very compact picts are pretty good will tell you more after more use. purchased security box by Bushnell trophy can which fits this camera perfectly.

Worth the cost
I see a lot of reviews complaining about the price. Though that seems like a valid concern at first glance, this is a well made product. I don't mind spending more for quality and this looks like it will last. More important, the build gives me confidence to hang my expensive/heavy camera and lens from it. This is an all metal device with thick retaining screws. The metal shoe that attaches to the clip seems to be made from quality metal. It is also Arca compatible and fits the various heads that I have.One of my initial concerns was whether or not the thumb screws would stay in place. For my particular backpack strap, they fit snugly and securely. Peak includes a set of allen screws as well if you are concerned about the hand turned ones. I used the allen head screws which should be less likely to be accidentally loosened by contact.The installation was simple and the insert/remove mechanism works well. I recommend the product. Just think of the cost as extra insurance for your gear.
