Great for wedding and family events
Just used this for a friends wedding. The sound quality is pretty good after playing the videos. On the tv. The product came on time and it came in a nice box. The built quality is decent.

Worked great until it didn't. I've only had it for 3 months and now that it's quit working I get no response. Steel series is useless as I didn't buy it from them directly.*Edit* finally got through to Amazon and they refunded the item for me so I can just order a replacment. Sweet!!

Excellent purchase
My husband broke the original tripod that came with his new camera, so Ineeded something fast before our vacation. Order came quick and my husband used it every day to take pictures while on vacation. Holds our heavy new camera very well.

Came Through
Refurbished purchase. Will NOT connect to my phone. Blue tooth light flashes 3 times then turns off. Can't figure out how to return it because it apparently hasn't been delivered yet. Not happy at all.Amazon Came Through and replaced for me. Great customer service.

Works well, lots of options
The first one I received actually only worked for a day or so. But the replacement came fast and works great. There are several different lighting options. Helps with video calls!

Came in the clutch.
I was in dire need of a reflector for a photo shoot I had just scheduled earlier that week. Not only did it arrive on time, but also gave me the versatility needed to defuse the harsh midday sun. The reflector itself is easy to fold and small enough to fit in most camera bags. So if you need one for any reason go with Etekcity.

Conveniently small
Only had it a day... but like that it came ready charged. Its a really good size... much smaller than expected. Chose it as it is rechargable rather than requiring batteries
