Great little kit
Great little kit. The lens hood doesn't fit over the filter so if you have the UV filter on just to protect the lens you don't have a lens hood. I use this lens for portraits so that is fine, I got the kit for the UV filter and the polaroid filter. Great shipping.

For every new lens.
With every new lens I buy, the first item I purchase is a UV filter. It helps protect the glass from potential damages. Everyone has their own opinion on whether they is a necessity or not but it gives me peace of mind.

standard oil filter
I use this oil filter with synthetic mobile 1 oil. I change the filter every 5000 miles, and replace the oil every 10,000. It's worked well for me so far.

Nifty Filter that packs a punch!
What a filter, the build quality is extremely nice for what it is. The filter is smooth in its movement and the image is sharp as a knife. This filter is a tool that any photographer or videographer must have in camera kit. When its bright outside this filter is a must allowing you to not have to step down on the camera and lose depth of field on your shots!Pro1. smooth movement2. Great for sunny days3. Allows for different stopsCons1. This fits on my Canon 50mm 1.8 stm, but my lens cap for my canon will not work with this filer. To keep it scratch free I have to remove it after every use.
