One bad battery but quality customer service
UPDATE: K&F reached out to me and asked for more info about the failure. I told them and sent a video showing the dead battery. They are sending me a replacement battery, even after a year! That’s great customer service I changed my rating to 5 stars based on the overall battery quality AND the amazing customer service! I’m very impressed.
I'm writing this review a year after purchasing these batteries. They initially worked very well. No problems at all. They charged quickly and fit the camera perfectly. However, at a recent shoot, I put one of the charged batteries in the camera, and it was completely dead. I tried charging it when I got home, and it was still completely dead. The other two batteries are still working well. For the price, I'm still ahead compared to the OEM cost.
