Product didn’t meet expectation, but customer service went beyond
(Update) I originally rated this as 2 stars. The build quality and durability were questionable. It could have been a fluke or maybe just time to go back to the drawing board.Where it turned around for me is that the company reached out to make it right. That speaks volumes to me as most would not take the time. My interaction gave me the confidence to try more of their products in the future. Appreciate the attention to detail when it comes to customer service!
