Our monitor had what seemed to be limited coverage and then the monitor completely stopped working - I reached out to customer service. They were super helpful to work with and provided us with a new monitor that works great! Will definitely purchase from them again for future children :)

Very Impressed
I have been looking all over for a baby monitor that I could trust because I am a stay at home mom who works from home so I have to be able to be able to go work while keeping an eye on my baby. This monitor gives me a peace of mind that I need to be able to multi task and I can go anywhere in my two story house without losing connect. I also live out in the country so other wifi monitors did not work for me.

Very nice
Love it. Very secure deadbolt that is a breeze with the one button outdoor lock. Also it is very nice that my 7 yo son can unlock the door for me.

Very Satisfied
After hearing such positive reviews from friends (both first-time parents and friends with multiple children), we decided to give the DXR-8 a try. We are not disappointed one bit! The picture quality is great (as well as the night vision), the sound is clear, and it doesn't use wifi. 100% will recommend to any expecting/ new parents.

Very pleased.
I purchased Infant Optics after going through three other brands that continually gave me problems. This one was recommended by several people and I wish I would have tried it from the beginning. Good signal. Good battery. And great picture. Highly recommend.
