Everything is a firm and safe mount.
I use the wrist holder a lot. It's rotatable and still comfortable to wear and since it's velcro I can tighten or loosen it as much I want. Everything is a firm and safe mount. so many different ways to shoot with my go pro when I'm riding my bike. the harnesses and helmet mounts give me different angles to work with and somehow someway my videos still come out unrocky.
