Nice and Durable
Surprisingly strong plastic. I really like the locking feature, really wish all hoods did that. The interior isn't felted but it hasn't affected any of my images.Aesthetically it does make the lens look less like a small beginner lens and more so professional.

Best Caps Out There
Don't pay much attention to any bad reviews. These are the best lens caps out there and I use them on all my lenses. Super secure and strong. Center pinch is useful for when using hoods.

Improvement over the old style!
I'm slowly replacing the older style lens caps with these "pinch" style, especially for those lenses I use hoods with. These are SO much easier to put on and take off while the hood is attached.

This is an amazing deal. Not just for the Polarize
This is an amazing deal. Not just for the Polarizer or ND Filter. The TWO Lens Hoods are well worth it also, plus 2 carrying cases pluslens cover and cord/plastic attachment so as not to lose the lens cover. Regarding the polarizer > it works great. Hopefully my attached image ofcar reflections makes it in here. It also takes the shine off leaves, if you turn the polarizer dial. I tried other filters at camera store costing over 120$ and don't see any differences. For the price and number of items and lens protection this is well worth it.

Only buy Canon hoods for Canon lens
Only buy Canon lens hoods for your Canon equipment. I have purchased off name brands and they do not fit nor work as well. This product fits perfectly as designed. It is plastic but it does the job it is supposed to do.

Great kit. The filters are very good
Great kit. The filters are very good. I use all four macro lenses on top of each other to get a really cool image. The lens hoods are also very good - especially the rubber one. Thanks Goja!

One of my favorite hoods! Love the smooth mechanics and ease of locking into position! I wish all my lens hoods were like this!!!!

Does the job.
I'm used to getting cheaper lens hoods, but I went ahead and got this Canon hood for my EF 50mm F1.8 STM. The push-button release is nifty and it certainly feels like it's more consistent when mounting to my lens at least.
