Wanted this to work so bad.
This product seems to be made with high quality and care, but there are some shortcomings that led to me returning it.The gimbal only has access to its more advanced features when using the Hohem Gimbal app for Android or iOS. Unfortunately, the app refused to let me take photos or videos at full quality, opting instead for 720p 24fps video. This is, understandably, useless for anyone who is taking their filming seriously enough to order a gimbal.I tried using the gimbal without the app and got limited success, but my phone (Kyocera DuraForce Pro 2) is a rugged model that is a bit thicker than your average iPhone, and it just barely stayed in the mount. I felt like I was overtaxing the stabilizer servos even though my phone was lighter than the maximum weight. The phone kept falling out of the mount because it was too thick.If there was an updated version of this product with a thicker phone mount and a better app (or no app at all, just hardware buttons for features), I would definitely buy it. For now, though, I guess I will have to live without a gimbal in my life. Keep trying, Hohem!

It's a good unit, but the app is a 3rd party insta
It's a nice unit and my only concern is that you have to download there app from there company and not Google App store and install it as a 3rd party app

Great Sound & App Integration
The media could not be loaded.
Big fan of this portable speaker! The sound is crisp and clear, it's also completely customizable when synchronized with the Sony Music Center App. The app allows you to integrate any of your music services, customize different lighting effects, custom sound equalizer as well as preset equalizer options! I believe the bass could be a little bit louder given the price, but I think the light ring integration into the sides might have had a hand in reducing the amount of bass overall.With that said, the speaker is fantastic, the build quality is very high. The lights are pretty freaking cool too! You can control the light settings with buttons on the back by the charging port and even with the volume at maximum the sound has zero distortion! Depending on your model of phone you can also turn on Dolby sound and increase the volume a little more, but I have zero complaints about this speaker! Battery life lasts well over a day and since it's Bluetooth it can be synchronized to your laptop or tablet for great sound when watching movies! Another thing I was really happy with is the fact that it came with an actual wall plug not a USB adapter that your kids are going to steal for their cell phone or tablet one day when they can't find their charger or they break it! hahahaha.Perfect item for the beach, the boat, the pool, or just grilling on the back patio over the weekend!

The information and instructions is very straightforward and coordinates with the instructions I used to install my ceiling fan.

No app require and good quality
I had read comments about double clicking and other stuffs，but I brought it for a while and it is still working fine even I drop it for a couple of times. More importantly，it doesnt require me to download a app and then causing some problem when gaming.

Great product but issues with the app
Great feature, I can’t talk to anybody at Customer Service, have to reset it over and over again as an admin.
